Bacon Wrapped Chicken Thighs


Ingredients
4 chicken thighs
8 slices of bacon
1/2 T chipotle powder
1/2 T smoked paprika
1/2 T salt
2 t black pepper

Directions
Preheat oven to 375*F

Mix the spices together.

Sprinkle the thighs with half of the spice blend.

Wrap each thigh with 2 slices of bacon.

Sprinkle the remaining spice blend.

Bake for about 45 minutes or until juices run clear.
